Physical Therapy for Runners, Cyclists & Active Adults in San Antonio
One-on-one care designed to help you stay active, move better, and continue doing the things you love for years to come.
Olmos Park Physio is a one-on-one physical therapy practice built around personalized care for runners, cyclists, endurance athletes, and active adults.
Led by physical therapist Will Gonzaba, the practice is intentionally designed to provide a more thoughtful, individualized approach than the traditional clinic model—one that prioritizes education, collaboration, and long-term results.
Whether you're training for a race, working through a persistent injury, returning to exercise after time away, or simply trying to stay healthy and active as you age, my goal is to help you move forward with confidence.
This approach works best for people who value education, individualized guidance, and long-term solutions—not quick fixes.

Meet Will Gonzaba, PT, DPT
I'm Will Gonzaba—a physical therapist, endurance athlete, educator, and entrepreneur based in San Antonio.
Over the years, I've worked with endurance athletes across a wide range of goals and abilities, but the work I continue to come back to is simple: helping active people better understand their bodies and continue doing the things they love for a long time.
Olmos Park Physio began as a solo practice centered around one-on-one care. While the business has evolved over the years, I've intentionally returned to a smaller, more focused model built around personalized guidance, thoughtful problem solving, and long-term relationships.
Today, I work directly with every client, helping runners, cyclists, and active adults navigate pain, training setbacks, movement limitations, and performance goals through a collaborative, individualized approach.
Long-term success is often driven by understanding how training, strength, recovery, sleep, stress, and daily habits all work together.
That's why my approach tends to look different than traditional physical therapy.
INDIVIDUALIZED PLANNING
Every recommendation is tailored to your goals, training demands, and lifestyle.
LONG-TERM PERFORMANCE
The goal isn't simply to reduce pain. The goal is to help you build the capacity to stay active for years to come.
Most injuries aren't solved through treatment alone.
EDUCATION FIRST
You'll leave every session with a clear understanding of what's going on and why.
ONE-ON-ONE CARE
Every visit is directly with me. No aides, hand-offs, or overlapping appointments.
